Our Return Policy

'Free shipping, easy returns!'

We accept all returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund that are postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery (minus a $8 label fee if applicable).

RETURNS (for a refund, minus the label fee) & EXCHANGES are accepted up to 14 days after the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that look worn will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. 

*Please note:

  • Jewelry and any items that are marked final sale (40% off or more) are non-refundable.

  • Items will not be accepted with deodorant marks or smelling strongly of perfume. Please be cautious when trying on your pieces!

  • If you choose to get store credit for your items returned within the 14-day return window, we will waive the fee of the return label and issue a store credit.

Here’s how to do it!

  1. Click the link at the top of the page & follow the prompts to select the item(s) you want to return/exchange.

  2. Tell us why you’re returning/exchanging them.

  3. Your label will be available to download after submitting your return in our returns portal.

  4. Pack up your UNWORN & UNUSED items and drop them to your local USPS location within 14 days of delivery of the item (for an exchange or a full refund, minus the $8 label fee).

  • Please drop off your items promptly! The shipping label will expire 10 days from it’s date of issue.

  • Please DO NOT include items from multiple orders in a single return. Separate orders need to be isolated in order to be credited upon carrier scan.

      Refunds are Simple: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 14 days of the day your item was delivered.

      When will I be refunded?

      Once we've received your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. Once your items are inspected by the Social Threads team, your return will be processed. Please allow another 1-3 business days for the refund to post to your account (minus the $8 label fee if applicable).

       

      What items are non-refundable?

      • Items marked as final sale (including all items in the $25 shop).
      • All jewelry.
      • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
      • Items marked down 40% or more.

      Gifts: 


      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
